Patti is a dynamic leader. Here's some information from her website:
My corporate background includes more than 25 years of multi-cultural leadership experience in America and Europe, in the areas of diplomatic relations, philanthropy, public relations, and communications. I bring this breadth of experience to my executive coaching and consulting, and I specialize in goal-oriented adult development to help professionals sharpen their leadership skills.
Clients often work with me for greater influence and impact, capacity building, successful transitions, effective communication skills, and mastery of conflict management. In partnering with them, I incorporate evidence-based models utilized in current best practices so that learning, growth, and potential are maximized. This expertise also serves me well in the writing arena. As a professional writer and ghost-writer, I also support people in their written communications for creativity, lifting voice, and enhancement of delivery.
My education includes a masters degree in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University, and graduate certification in Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence-based Coaching Program. My thesis topic at Fielding reflected a successful intervention with at-risk youth to increase social and emotional intelligence skills through the utilization of transformative conflict resolution.
I hold credentials at the PCC level with the International Coach Federation, and I am certified in: Harvard University’s Immunity to Change methodology; conflict resolution in the workplace through Kenneth Cloke; mediation through La Sierra University’s Center for Conflict Resolution; and Amherst Writers and Artists’ generative writing. I provide training, facilitation, workshops, and retreats in the areas of immunities to change, breaking through self-limiting beliefs, conflict coaching, mediation, and personal strategic planning and transitions.
I believe we are all called to make a difference, and to advocate for our fellow human beings. Because there is a special place in my heart for those who cannot speak for themselves, I serve in various volunteer leadership capacities through board service and other special taskforces that address the health and welfare of our communities. A percentage of my business profits is donated to help transition those affected by domestic violence into to a healthy, happier life.
